Shannon provides thoughtful and strategic advice to clients in civil litigation. She approaches each matter with the goal of finding practical and cost-effective risk management solutions for each client.
Prior to joining Kelly Law, PLLC, Shannon worked at Kelly, Talboy & Simmons, PA, and was legal counsel at the Governor’s Office of Energy and Mineral Resources (OEMR) where she gained substantial administrative law experience while working to resolve issues related to energy, natural resources, and public lands.
